Jonathan Green 10610 Black Beauty Dense Shade Grass Seed Mixture, 25 Lb

Black Beauty Dense Shade Grass Seed Mixture is a premium cool-season grass seed blend specifically formulated for lawns with limited sunlight. Whether your yard is shaded by mature trees, shrubs, or buildings, this mixture delivers reliable growth in areas where standard seed mixtures often fail. It performs well in partial shade and maintains excellent color and density even in tough growing environments.

This versatile blend includes tall fescue, Kentucky bluegrass, perennial ryegrass, and fine fescues, providing species diversity for balanced performance across different soil types and moisture levels. The included endophytic turf grass varieties offer natural insect and disease resistance, reducing the need for chemical treatments. The 25-pound bag size makes it suitable for both new lawns and thickening existing turf.
